TT Club is Ten Thousand’s membership program. Members receive access to exclusive benefits, with more rewards unlocked across four tiers: Base, Gold, Platinum, and TT Club Black.
Create a Ten Thousand account to join TT Club for free. You’ll start at Base and can move into higher earned tiers based on your qualifying spend. If you already have a Ten Thousand account, you’re automatically part of TT Club. Sign in to view your current tier and benefits.
Gold and Platinum are earned based on qualifying Ten Thousand purchases over the previous 12 months. Gold requires $350 in qualifying spend; Platinum requires $900. Your tier updates automatically as your spend changes. TT Club Black is a separate $100/year paid membership and is not earned through spend.
Eligible merchandise purchases count toward your tier after discounts and before taxes and shipping. Returns, refunds, gift cards, and other excluded purchases do not count. See the TT Club Terms for complete details.
Returned items are removed from your qualifying spend. If a return causes your trailing 12-month spend to drop below a tier threshold, your tier may adjust accordingly. Any credits applied to a returned order may be subject to additional terms.
Earned tiers are based on a rolling 12-month qualifying spend. Your status may move up or down as that window changes. TT Club Black benefits remain active for the duration of your paid annual membership.
Your account will update automatically and we’ll let you know that new benefits are available. Eligible Gold members receive a $25 tier-entry credit, which expires 90 days after issue. Eligible Platinum members receive a $50 tier-entry credit, which expires 90 days after issue.

Gold’s $25 tier-entry credit expires 90 days after it is issued. Other rewards and credits may have their own expiration dates, which will be included when the reward is issued.
Your available credits can be applied at checkout. Sign in to your Ten Thousand account, then select the reward you want to apply before or during checkout.
Share your personal referral link with friends. When a friend places their first qualifying order, they receive a discount and you earn credits. For your link and full details, visit the referral page.
Eligible members will be notified before select product releases or sales begin. Access windows and product availability may vary, and early access does not guarantee availability.
TT Club Black is TT Club’s premium annual membership. For $100 per year, members receive all Platinum benefits plus 20% off every order, free priority shipping with no order minimum, and a $25 birthday credit.
No. TT Club Black is a paid annual membership. Gold and Platinum are the program’s earned tiers.
Yes. TT Club Black renews annually at $100 unless you cancel before your renewal date. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time from your Ten Thousand account.
Yes. You can cancel TT Club Black at any time from your Ten Thousand account under Manage Membership. Your benefits remain active through the end of your current membership period. When the period ends, your account reverts to your earned tier.
Some benefits may not be combined with other offers or promotional codes. Exclusions will be shown with the applicable reward or promotion.
Your birthday credit expires 12 months after it is issued. Make sure your birthday is saved in your Ten Thousand account at least 1 full day before to receive it.
